This was a great find! The location is great, walkable to nearby restaurants. It was well-appointed. Disha was very helpful and responsive. Parking is behind the home, not street parking. All in all, I would recommend this place!

Wonderful stay! The home was incredibly accommodating for all ages and very thoughtfully designed with well-utilized spaces throughout. There was truly entertainment for everyone, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay again!

My family just wrapped up a 5 night stay and I am already wanting to go back! The views of the mountains from the hot tub are breathtaking. The space is very accommodating for young children as a high chair and pack n play were provided (this was super helpful not to pack). The host is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Probably the best toddler friendly bnb I have ever been to. There is so much for adults and kids to enjoy at this place. Kids were occupied in play room, while adults enjoyed pool, hot tub and chess at backyard. Not far away for from garden of gods, which made our trip really easy going.

Our stay was fantastic! The Disha and William were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was easy, and we felt right at home. The house was in the perfect spot near all attractions in Colorado, making it easy to explore the area. We would absolutely book again! 😊

What a terrific stay! In town for son 2’s graduation. Mom, dad, son 1 and two dawgters. Quiet little tree shaded old neighborhood, Publix a few blocks away along with many little local cafes and restaurants. UF campus just a couple blocks more. Spacious living and dining area, in the kitchen every appliance you could need, new fridge. Washer and dryer setup were useful. Private bedrooms and baths, huge closets, ceiling fans, chill central air, comfy bed pillows. Dead bolts security and new windows, motion sensitive flood lights on sparking spots. This was our first trip taking our six year old, blind, and uncertain little dawgters and her sister. They loved the space, relaxed, enjoyed walks and sniff-scouting the yard. Thank you so much! It was a special event and the accommodations made it perfect.

Private property, parking in the back of property, tight parking area but it’s a plus because parking comes with the property, lots of other places does not offer it or you’ll have to park on the road. Spacious kitchen / living room area. TVs in both the rooms and walk in closets. Restrooms are clean.

We loved our stay lots of things to do in the house the kids loved it never bored very clean house the host was very friendly and responsive will book again in the future but one thing please try and get grab bars in the bathrooms will be easy for handicap thank you

We loved this spot! We stayed with our kids and they preferred to stay at home than do anything because there was so much to do at the house. We loved the hot tub and the big chess. It’s in a decent location where everything is 15-20 min drive. The only hiccup was that the thermostat would auto change to 75 degrees at night and we would always wake up sweating so we learned to turn the A/C on instead. That was definitely minor compared to all of the great things. I would stay here again 100%!

We used Disha's place for a conference taking place at the Broadmoor and the location was awesome. 10-15 minute drive and a great list of fun things for our team to use while relaxing on site. Great late night restaurant options just down the hill. Maybe the fastest responding Airbnb host, I've encountered. We hope to stay here next year!
