Other Details to Note

A standard rental agreement will be provided and the guest must sign it prior to receiving the access instructions if planning to use the climbing wall. Any smoking must be done outdoors not in the backyard. NO EXCEPTIONS. A $500 fee is charged if there is evidence of smoke in the house.

Long-term guests may inquire about exceptions. 🎉 Partying: No partying of any kind inside or on the property. Violations will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. 👟 No Shoes Policy: Please remove all shoes upon entry. There is a $10 fee for each carpet/rug stain, as cleaning takes significant time. 🚽 Toilet Usage: Only flush toilet paper. Any clogging caused during your stay will incur repair charges. 🐾 Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a $75 fee per pet. 🤫 Noise Level: Please maintain minimal noise after 10 PM. We have an assisted living facility next door, and we want to respect the community. Wonderful stay! The home was incredibly accommodating for all ages and very thoughtfully designed with well-utilized spaces throughout. There was truly entertainment for everyone, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay again!

Probably the best toddler friendly bnb I have ever been to. There is so much for adults and kids to enjoy at this place. Kids were occupied in play room, while adults enjoyed pool, hot tub and chess at backyard. Not far away for from garden of gods, which made our trip really easy going.

We loved our stay lots of things to do in the house the kids loved it never bored very clean house the host was very friendly and responsive will book again in the future but one thing please try and get grab bars in the bathrooms will be easy for handicap thank you

We used Disha's place for a conference taking place at the Broadmoor and the location was awesome. 10-15 minute drive and a great list of fun things for our team to use while relaxing on site. Great late night restaurant options just down the hill. Maybe the fastest responding Airbnb host, I've encountered. We hope to stay here next year!

We had a fantastic stay here. The home was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described, and everything was very easy from check-in to check-out thanks to clear instructions and good communication. Our two daughters had an absolute blast — they especially loved the climbing wall and playing giant chess. The hopscotch area was also a fun little bonus that kept them busy outside. After long days exploring nearby attractions, the hot tub and sauna were perfect for winding down and honestly felt like a highlight of the stay. The backyard and basement are very well set up with tons of things to do, so there’s really no chance of getting bored. Everything is thoughtfully designed for both kids and adults. The kitchen was also very well stocked, which made it easy for us to cook and feel at home. Overall, a very comfortable, fun, and well-equipped place — we’d definitely stay again.

Fantastic place to stay whether it's adults only or with kids. So much fun to be had for everyone. Exceptionally clean and very easy to find everything you need during the stay. Quite neighborhood and very conveniently located if you looking to the explore the mountain activities. Disha communicated wonderfully. Will definitely be booking this place again on our next Colorado adventure.

Our Kids loved this place! We had such a wonderful time visiting Colorado Springs and the house provided plenty of activities at night for the adults to enjoy some time together while all the kids could play in the backyard. Absolutely recommend.
